G&M keeps up with the latest available and reliable equipment. Any new technology that claims it can help with the efficency, quality and/or speed of production will be carefully researched and evaluated by G&M. Let's start with our Customer Service Center where most of our clients work is received via email. Your jobs are scheduled and tracked with our state of the art custom scheduling software. Our artists work on the latest that Adobe has to offer. They use Adobe graphics programs like Illustrator and Photoshop to virtual proof, correct and prepare your art for the press. Our production artists prep the files for the M&R Computer to Screen Imaging System. In pre-press the stencils are printed directly on the screen with the this M&R imaging system. The screens will register perfectly on press because the M&R Tri-Loc Registration System is used throughout this process. G&M services its clients with 10 manual and 9 M&R automatic screen printing presses. Our wide range of capabilities is do to this mix of manual and auto presses. This question is often asked and could actually be asking two different questions. First, we don't just print “t-shirts”. G&M screen prints almost any textile product. We can print all sorts of apparel like t-shirts (long and short sleeved), shorts, sweat pants, sweatshirts, hoodies, tank tops, jackets, onesies, hats, scarves, socks, bandanas and more. We can print most sizes of these apparel including infant, toddler, youth, ladies and mens. Our pressmen are proficient printers of many fabrics including cotton, cotton blends, polyester, nylon, performance dry weaves, lycra, fleece and terry cloth. G&M also prints non-apparel items like towels, bags and blankets. We don't “just” print t-shirts. Our job is really not that simple. We offer a wide array of services. |
